These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the sale and provision of products and services offered by [Company Legal Name] (“Company”) to its customers (“Customer”).

The Company provides EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) products and services, which may include:
The specific features, specifications and conditions applicable to a product or service are those presented to the Customer at the time of purchase or set out in the applicable order, quotation or agreement.
Orders may be placed through the Company’s website, by email, through a sales representative or by any other method accepted by the Company.
An order becomes binding upon confirmation by the Company or, where applicable, upon receipt of payment.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including product availability, technical limitations, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
Prices are stated in [currency] and are [inclusive/exclusive] of applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
The Company reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed, unless otherwise provided by law or agreed with the Customer.

Where hardware or other physical products are purchased, delivery will be made to the address provided by the Customer.
Estimated delivery times are indicative unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing.
Where installation or configuration services are included, the Customer must provide reasonable access to the premises, equipment, systems and information necessary for the Company to perform the services.
The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Where the Company provides software, the Customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the software for the purposes and duration specified in the applicable a
